This book covers many Kriyas used in Kundalini Yoga, such as posture series for the Self-Adjustment of the spine and for Pelvic Balance. All explanations are very clear and accompanied by detailed photographs. Mudras (hand positions), sitting poses and proper breathing are also explained, as are parts of the philosophy of this Yoga tradition.


Although this book touches upon the Chakras and their connection to our health, the Kriyas are not marked specifically for the stimulation of a particular chakra. Some of the Kriya titles will give you a clue, and if you are already familiar with Chakra Yoga practice, you will be able to make good use of the postures and posture series given in this book.
